Help Japan

Our weekly discount involves a cause that is near and dear to my heart. As you all know, Japan was devastated by a major earthquake and tsunami that killed over 10,000 people and left more than half a million homeless, with the threat of a nuclear meltdown still looming. Having lived in Japan during college, I am very worried about my friends, teachers and classmates, and I am hoping that the situation doesn't get any worse.  I would like to encourage everyone to contribute in any way they can, if only by posting a Facebook or Twitter message to help spread the word about the aid and rescue efforts.  More than anything, the relief efforts need money, and we are doing our own small part by donating 100% of the profits of this week's Red Flower sale to the Red Cross. You can donate online by visiting redcross.org, clicking on "donate", and indicating that you want your donation to go to the Japanese Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami.
